This morning the Easter Bunny came to visit, and left lots of chocolate on the balcony. There was chocolate in the primulas ...
Chocolate in the spider plant, in the lychnis and in the philadelphus ...
Chocolate amongst the cyclamen ...
Chocolate just about everywhere.
It's turned cold in the last couple of days - only 5°C this morning - and her poor little paws were frozen by the time she'd finished (I know - I was there and I felt them. I had to make her a cup of tea afterwards to warm her up again).
Then, when the rest of the family got up or arrived, the annual Balcony Chocolate Hunt began. A free for all with only one rule - anyone who damages my plants gets their paws chopped off.
And then we all sat down to breakfast (eggs - obviously). But wasn't she a generous little bunny?
Happy Easter to everyone !

You have had a wonderfully generous Easter Bunny ! LOL

Happy Easter, I hope the Easter bunny saved some back for the rest of us!
Happy Easter. What great fun to go chocolate egg searching. I think that is a far greater idea then hunting for the colored eggs you can't really eat and have to throw away.
Much better than hunting eggs!
Happy Easter Sue!
Ha! How cute! I just checked my plant window to make sure... guess I wasn't a good girl this year, because no chocolate bunny visits here. (Unless the pooch beat me to the treats! lol.)
Hope you had a lovely Easter.
Thanks everyone for your comments. Have to say we're all feeling a bit queasy by now. But yes, the hunt is fun. We started when my son was little, and somehow no-one has ever wanted to stop. Carol, I hope the Easter Bunny did get round to you all too, and if she missed you Blackswamp Girl don't worry - think of the diets that the rest of us now have to go on and you don't ...
un bello espacio y lo de los chocolates genial un saludo desde españa
